Terms of use

Updated

These terms apply to Perceivly on perceivly.com: the free accessibility checker, accounts and paid plans. Perceivly is operated by BGAN Technologies Ltd., Kazanelson 131, 5327315 Givataim, Israel. By using Perceivly you agree to them.

What the checker does, and doesn’t

The checker loads the page you enter in a browser and runs automated tests based on WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA. Automated tests find only part of accessibility issues. A result, including a score of 100, does not mean a page conforms to WCAG or complies with any law, such as the European Accessibility Act, the ADA or national accessibility laws. Results are information to help you find and fix issues, not legal advice or a certification.

Acceptable use

We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.

Your results

Each check gets a private link. Anyone with the link can see the results, so share it with care. Results are deleted after 90 days. You may use the results and reports for any purpose, including sharing them with clients.

Paid plans

Availability

The free checker is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every page can be checked; some sites block automated browsers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free checker or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of Israel. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
